Michigan native Stratøs is a saxophonist, composer, producer, and photographer whose presence in the modern jazz scene is rapidly growing. He is a 3 time winner of the Herb Alpert Young Jazz Composer Award from 2019-2021. Additionally, he won the Johnny Mandel Prize as well as the 2020 National Sawdust New Works Commission Contest. Stratøs seeks to create a sonic ecosystem brimmng with life.
